ALA-Rich Avocado Toast

Quick, easy and loaded with monounsaturated fats and alpha linoleic acid to not only support a glowing skin, but to fuel brain function and support hormone balance. 

What you need:
  • 1 slice sprouted grain bread (or whole grain of your choice)
  • 1/4 medium avocado, mashed
  • 1-2 TBS hemp hearts 
  • Pinch of salt, pepper and sesame seeds 

Toast, top, enjoy. A few variations to keep things exciting: add some sliced tomato, hard boiled egg slices or even some sliced olives with a bit of feta. Enjoy!
