Chocolate Chia

If you've never had chia pudding, you're missing out! Chia seeds are tremendously healthy, packed with minerals, omega-3's and antioxidants. 

What you need:
  • 4 TBS chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (we love using coconut or vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of your choice
  • Toppings of choice: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, a pinch of granola or some sliced fruit are great options

Mix the chia seeds, milk and protein powder, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Top with your favorites and devour. This is a great make-ahead recipe for a grab and go breakfast or to keep in the fridge for that afternoon snack.
